The Georgia-based up-and-comer Rekchampa quietly dropped a new EP this week, collecting a few of his recent SoundCloud highlights with some brand new tunes for a solid five-track effort deemed the Self-Serve EP. Alongside the heavenly “Collapsin” (a tune we featured here on Mapzzz a few months back), Champa shows he still knows his way around moody chords, skittering drums, and even a bit of funky swing on the EP, with the closing “Loft” standing as the standout track in our eyes.
