Vyxor is clearly not fucking around on his new EP, Porcelain & Pewter, which dropped today via the Young Lattitudes net-label. The title track is an absolutely bananas hybrid—part future-soul, part R&B-injected electronics, and part pop-inflected jazz, all with a litany of guilty-pleasure club sensibilities thrown in for good measure. Vyxor’s whole two-track affair is equal parts fun, infectious, and intelligent, begging for multiple listens as more shiny details and subtle twists unfold with each pass.
